Achieving Milestones

Debbie’s journey was marked by remarkable milestones. She began her career as an independent agent, achieving impressive sales figures, and partnered to build a real estate team in the early 2000s. 

She recognized that being in business with talent and adding leverage allowed her to focus on listings and help others achieve their real estate goals under her leadership.

Her dedication and expertise soon caught the attention of a national real estate firm, leading to her involvement in launching a local office in Wilmington, North Carolina. 

Here, she took on the role of CEO and played a pivotal role in growing the firm substantially. Her commitment to the industry was further exemplified by her election to the Wilmington Board of Realtors, where she served four years.

Transition to Coaching

In 2018, Debbie embarked on a new path in her career, transitioning to coaching and leadership development. 

She co-founded a successful national real estate coaching agency, a nationwide platform dedicated to mentoring and developing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Leveraging her extensive experience and insights, she coached others to grow their businesses in the real estate industry.

Today’s Role

Debbie Lariviere is a leading voice in real estate coaching and team development.

In 2023, she founded Monter Coaching, an international coaching company dedicated to helping real estate agents and teams scale with intention, structure, and measurable results.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Debbie brings strategic insight, real-world expertise, and practical leadership guidance to every engagement. She stays at the forefront of market trends and operational best practices, equipping her clients with the tools and perspective needed to grow profitably and stay ahead of the curve.
