Early Beginnings
Debbie’s journey started in Atlanta, Georgia, where she pursued her education, earning a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia.
Her background in sports medicine provided her with a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving-skills that would prove invaluable in her later career.
A Leap into Real Estate
In 2002, Debbie took a leap of faith and ventured into the world of real estate. Starting as an independent agent in Orlando, Florida, she quickly realized that her passion entailed helping people navigate the complexities of the real estate market.
Achieving Milestones
Debbie’s journey was marked by remarkable milestones. She began her career as an independent agent, achieving impressive sales figures, and partnered to build a real estate team in the early 2000s.
She recognized that being in business with talent and adding leverage allowed her to focus on listings and help others achieve their real estate goals under her leadership.
Her dedication and expertise soon caught the attention of a national real estate firm, leading to her involvement in launching a local office in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Here, she took on the role of CEO and played a pivotal role in growing the firm substantially. Her commitment to the industry was further exemplified by her election to the Wilmington Board of Realtors, where she served four years.
Transition to Coaching
In 2018, Debbie embarked on a new path in her career, transitioning to coaching and leadership development.
She co-founded a successful national real estate coaching agency, a nationwide platform dedicated to mentoring and developing real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Leveraging her extensive experience and insights, she coached others to grow their businesses in the real estate industry.
Today’s Role
Debbie Lariviere is leading the way in the world of coaching, women empowerment, and team building.
In 2023, she founded the international coaching company, Monter Coaching, and she has been helping real estate agents, teams, and property management firms across the country ascend to their true potential ever since.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Debbie provides her clients with expert advice, invaluable experience, and unwavering guidance. She remains at the forefront of market trends, offering cutting-edge insights to ensure her clients stay ahead of the curve.
